It is impossible to imagine any dish without salt. Some dishes requires salting due to course of cooking, other dishes requires extra salt just before serving. Ingredients:
Natural rock salt, grinded to a proper size. 200 gm
Grounded black pepper, ½ tbsp.
Dried parsley, ½ tbsp.
Dried thyme, ½ tbsp.
Cayenne chilli pepper, ½ tbsp.
Garlic, one bulb.
Press garlic and mix with all other ingredients.
Mix all ingredients carefully, rub all ingredients into each other.
Store this mixture in a sealed contained in the fridge.
tips and tricks
This salt is slightly wet, which make it unsuitable for grinding, so it is necessary to grind this salt to a proper size before cooking.
Use only dried herbs, only fresh garlic should be used.
It is important to use cooking gloves, when mix salt with spices.
Do remember, that excessive amount of salt is not very healthy, but it is so difficult to resist to use this salt again and again.
