Originally, London Broil was made from the Flank steak. In this recipe we will make the London Broil steak exactly from the flank steak with sweet and sour marinade in Chinese style. Flank steaks are about an inch thick and it is possible to cook these steaks on casting iron skillet or on the grill. The described flank steak is about a 3/4 pounds and this is a perfect single portion.

  1. Ingredients.
    • Flank steak, the size is not very important.
    • Soy sauce, 2 tbsp
    • Teriyaki sauce, 2 tbsp

    • Balsamic vinegar, 1 tbsp
    • Garlic, half bulb.
    • Coriander, medium bunch
    • Milled black pepper.
    • Drop of oil.

  2. Mix Soy sauce, Teriyaki sauce, Red wine and Balsamic vinegar. Add chopped coriander and pressed garlic.

  4. Remove steak from the marinade, clean and dry with paper towel.
