Making this oil is very simple, and can be performed by chiefs with any cooking skills, but the result will always be perfect.

  1. Ingredients for half litre of oil.
    • Olive oil, ½ litre.
    • Garlic, 4 large bulbs.
    • Thyme, very large bunch
    • Rosemary, few spouts

  2. Peel garlic and press into large tray. Add all herbs and cover with olive oil.
