How to make marinated sashimi salmon
Marinated sashimi salmon is the best way to enjoy real taste of the salmon. The beautiful taste of the fresh fish, not modified by cooking, just slightly improved by salted marinade. The only rule, applied to this dish – salmon should be extremely fresh. Personally, I think that originally, few centuries ago, marinated sashimi was the way to preserve fish for a long time, but now everything is different. Marinated sashimi should be consumed very quickly after cooking.

step-by-step instructions

  1. Ingredients are very simple.
    • Fresh skinned salmon fillet. Take as much as you need.
    • Garlic
    • Teriyaki marinade
    • Soy sauce
    • Rice vinegar
    • Sugar (better to use brown one, but standard white also acceptable)
    • bunch of peppery rocket salad, or green onion
    • Sesame seeds

  2. Mix 1tsp of sugar, 1tsp of sesame seeds, 2tbsp of finely sliced salad, 2 crushed garlic cloves, 1tbsp of rice vinegar, 4tbsp of say sauce and 3tbsp of Teriyaki marinade. Stir until sugar dissolves.

  3. Slice salmon into thin, but long trips.

  4. Cover sliced salmon with marinade, and refrigerate for 30 min.

  5. Serve salmon on the plate and sprinkle with chopped salad
