The main taste of the Tom Yum sauce is a hot and sour with fragrant lemony hint, which turns it into a very interesting addition for many dishes. Usually this Tom Yum sauce should be blended before usage and should be consumed quickly, but can be stored for a long time in the fridge and stirred again before serving. Ingredients
Tom Yum paste, 2 tsp.
Roasted sesame oil, 3 tbsp.
Soy sauce, 2 tbsp.
Mix all ingredients together.
Stir well all ingredients, into fine emulsion with fork or whisk. Add chopped chilli of flaked chilli if necessary.
Serve immediately.
tips and tricks
This Tom Yum sauce will be very good with any rice meals. For example, on the from picture, this sauce is served with prawn fried rice and hot and sweet chicken wings.
If you'd like to have a bit hotter sauces, you can add chilli flakes or finely slices hot chilli.
This sauce requires Tom Yum paste as one of the ingredients, and it is much better and easier to use this paste, rather than prepare it from raw ingredients.
