Few steps to prepare lamb steaks, which can be omitted, when the already prepared lamb steaks are used. By one simple cut remove lamb shank. Lamb shank can be used latter for other dishes.
From internal side of leg, cut along the bone and remove the bone. This bone can be used latter for making stock.
Slice meat across the grains to make 0,5 inches steaks.
Rub meat from both sides with prepared marinate. Leave for 10-15 minutes for marinating, but in fact, you can keep it in the fridge overnight.
Cook on medium-hot frying pan for 5-10 minutes. (5 minutes for rare steak, 10 minutes for well done steak).
Turn steak and fry other side for the same time 5-10 minutes. (5 minutes for rare steak, 10 minutes for well done steak).
Serve with some side dishes.
