Ingredients... This is a simple recipe, for cooking one fennel. One fennel is a perfect extra for one or two peoples.
Fennel bulb.
Large rock salt. Large sea salt is suitable as well.
High quality olive oil.
Balsamic vinegar. Use high quality, sweet one.
Cut fennel into a six parts. Don't forget to wash fennel before cutting.
Soak fennel bits in an olive oil. Place all of then in a baking tray. Don't forget to preheat oven to 200 degrees.
Sprinkle fennel bits with a large salt. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar. Place into the oven.
Roast in the oven for 30-40 minutes, until the thin fennel ends start to burns. Serve and enjoy.
