Chinese dumplings with pork and celery are available for sale only from a freezer, below -18C. When you will buy them, make sure, that all dumplings are frozen individually, and stacked to each other – this is the only way to check, that they never been defrosted.

Standard dumpling ingredients are: wheat flour pastry and filling. Filling for pork with celery dumplings made of pork (35%), celery (15%), sprig onions (5%) and minor flavour ingredients, like vegetable oil, ginger, soy sauce, chicken powder and spices.

Always cook pork with celery dumplings from frozen.

step-by-step instructions

  1. Take one pack of frozen pork with celery dumplings. Do not defrost them. One pound pack will be enough for one good big portion.

  2. Put pork and celery dumplings into boiling salted water. For one pound of dumplings, use 1 litre of water and 1 tsp of salt. Stir immediately, because dumplings very actively stick to pan walls and to each other.

  3. Boil dumplings for 8 minutes.

  4. Serve in deep bowl. You can add any sauces you like. We recommend to use mixture of vinegar, mustard and mayonnaise.
