How to fry lobster tails in butter
Meat from a lobster tails is one of the best delicacies of the sea. To achieve the best results, it is necessary to cook this meat very gently, with very mild spices and avoid overcooking at any costs. In this recipe I will show one of the simplest way how to fry lobster tails in butter with herbs. This is a very simple technique, which can be repeated by any novice chef.

step-by-step instructions

  1. Ingredients:
    • Few lobster tails.
    • Decent sized chunk of butter.
    • Garlic bulb
    • Chilli pepper
    • Small bunch of dill
    • Small bunch of coriander
    • Salt. About ¼ tsp of salt for each 250 gm of lobster tails.

  2. Cut the lobster shell from the back side with scissors or sharp strong knife. Remove central vein and the shell.

  3. Cut lobster tail along central line into halves.

  4. Chop herbs and press garlic with the knife.

  5. In a small saucepan melt the butter and add all herbs and salt.

  6. Add lobster tail meat and cook at low heat until they will be ready. Serve with slice of lemon.



tips and tricks

  • It is possible to use salted or unsalted butter, but you should adjust amount of salt accordingly.
